高校教师教学质量与工作价值观及其教学行为的相关性研究

摘    要:
目的:分析某校教学优良组与不良组在督导听课评价指标、工作价值观与教学行为上的差异,为教学不良的教师提供工作改进的方向和指导.方法:以某校稳定在教学一线的教师为研究对象,按督导听课得分降序排列,前15%为教学优良组,后15%为教学不良组,对两组进行调查分析.结果:课堂教学质量在不同职称,不同学历的教师之间有显著性差异;教学行为在不同年龄段,不同职称之间有显著性差异;两组在教学行为上有显著性差异.

Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the effect of PBL teaching method to improve critical thinking of medical students and summarize characteristics of PBL used in domestic and international medical education. Methods : The relevant research literature at home and a- broad was reviewed. Results : The PBL teaching method is an effective way to improve the critical thinking of medical students. Con- clusion: The PBL teaching method should be used in critical thinking of medical students.
