| 摘 要： | 目的：提高复发性尖锐湿疣的治愈率，减少再复发率。方法：将89例复发性尖锐湿疣患者，随机分为两组，微波治疗组46例，激光治疗组43例，术后配合全身应用干扰素治疗的疗效进行对比性研究，结果：微波治疗组治愈率100％，激光治疗组83．73％，两组比较有显著性差异（p〈0.01）。结论：对复发性尖锐湿疣患者应首选微波加干扰素治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve the healing rate and decrease the recurrence rate of recrudescent condyloma acuminatum. Method: 89 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly, the microwaves group(46 cases) and the laser group(43 patients). Interferon were given after operation and a randomized controlled study between 2 groups were carried out. Result: Healing rate of the microwaves group were 100% and the laser group were 83.73%, Difference between 2 groups had statistically significance(P<0.01). Conclusion: Microwaves combined with interferon is the first choice for the treatment of recrudescent condyloma acuminatum. |
