超敏C反应蛋白在诊治系统性红斑狼疮中的应用

目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)在诊治系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者中的应用价值。方法采用终点散射比浊法检测SLE患者活动期伴感染31例、SLE活动期无感染42例、SLE缓解期70例及健康对照组72例的hsCRP水平。结果SLE活动伴感染组较SLE活动期无感染组hsCRP水平显著升高(P<0.01),SLE活动期无感染组hsCRP水平较SLE缓解组、健康对照组无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。结论SLE患者活动期合并感染者其hsCRP含量明显升高,hsCRP对鉴别SLE患者狼疮活动与合并感染有重要价值。

Application of hypersensitivity C reactive protein in diagnosis and treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective It is to approach the value of the hypersensitivity C reactive protein(hsCRP) in diagnosis and treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods The end-point nephelometry assay was utilized to detect the levels of hsCRP in serum of 31 cases in active SLE with infection,42 cases in active SLE without infection,70 cases in paracmastic SLE and 72 cases in healthy controls.Results The levels of serum hsCRP in active SLE with infection group were significantly higher than those of active SLE without infection group(P<0.01),There was no significance between active SLE without infection group and paracmastic SLE group,healthy control group respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion The hsCRP serum levels of active SLE with infection were significantly raised.It is helpful to detect the levels of hsCRP in distinguishing active SLE with infection from active SLE patients.
