萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗儿童体癣18例临床观察

目的：观察萘替芬酮康唑乳膏外用治疗儿童体癣的疗效和安全性。方法：选取12岁以下临床表现典型、经真菌检查确诊的体癣患儿18例，给予萘替芬酮康唑乳膏外用，每日1次，连用2周。观察停药时及停药2周后的临床疗效及真菌清除率，以及用药时及用药后的疗效、药物不良反应及耐受性。结果：停药时及停药2周后，全部患者达临床治愈。真菌学清除率达100％。除1例患儿用药3d后局部红斑加重外，无药物不良反应出现。结论：萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗儿童体癣临床疗效好，真菌学清除率高，不良反应轻微。

Clinical observation of natifine hydrochloride and ketoconnazole cream in treatment of 18 cases of tinea corporios in children

Objective：To determine efficacy and safeness of natifine hydrochloride and ketoconnazole cream in treatment of tinea eorporios in children. Methods：Natifine hydrochloride and ketoconnazole cream was applied to 18 cases of children who had infected tinea corporios, which was verifed by clinical and mycological examination. It was applied once a day for two weeks. Curative effect, fungus clearance rate and side effect were observed at the end of treatment and 2 weeks after. Results：Curative ratio and mycological clearance rate were both 100% at the end of treatment and two weeks after. No significant side effects were noted. Conclusion：Natifine hydrochloride and ketoconnazole cream shows excellent curative effects, high mycological clearance rate and minimal side effect in treatment of tinea corporios in children.
