| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨乳腺癌中HER-2基因的表达及其与预后的相关性.[方法]应用免疫组织化学法观察73例乳腺癌中HER-2基因的表达情况,对61例进行随访,观察预后.[结果]在24例浸润性导管癌(25/43例)、12例浸润性小叶癌(12/30例)中HER-2基因表达均呈阳性.HER-2在乳腺癌中的表达与肿瘤大小无相关性(P>0.05),而与淋巴结转移有关联(P<0.05).对61例乳腺癌患者随访结果见,HER-2基因表达呈阳性者死亡率显著高于阴性者(P<0.01).[结论]HER-2表达与乳腺癌患者预后密切相关. |

HER-2 expression and its prognostic significance in breast cancer |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the HER-2 expression and its prognostic correlation in breast cancer.METHODS By using immunohistochemical staining(EnVision),the HER-2 expression was observed in 73 cases of breast cancer and prognosis was observed in 61 cases of breast cancer by follow-up.RESULTS The HER-2 expression was all positive in 25 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma(25/43 cases) and 12 cases of invasive lobular carcinoma(12/30 cases) in breast carcinoma,and was no correlated with the tumor size(P>0.05) but was related with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The mortality rate was significantly higher in HER-2 expression positive than in negative in 61 cases of breast cancer(P<0.01).CONCLUSION HER-2 expression is closely related with prognosis of breast cancer. |
