部分睑板全层切除联合提上睑肌缩短术矫正中重度上睑下垂

目的:探讨部分睑板全层切除联合提上睑肌缩短术矫正中重度上睑下垂的方法和疗效。方法:对15例(2007年～2011年)(19只眼)中重度上睑下垂患者行部分睑板全层切除联合提上睑肌缩短术。结果:术后随访6个月～3年,本组15例(19只眼)中重度上睑下垂均矫正满意(外观满意,弧度自然)。早期均有不同程度的眼睑闭合不全的情况,一般术后1～3个月内完全恢复,无并发症发生。结论:部分睑板全层切除联合提上睑肌缩短术,此手术操作简单,并发症少,而且疗效确切。

The combined tarsus resection with levator resection to treat moderate or severe ptosis

Objective This study combined tarsus resection with levator resection to treat moderate or severe ptosis.Methods This study included 15 patients(19 eyelids,from 2007-2011) with moderate or severe ptosis who underwent combined excision of the levator muscle and the tarsus.The following-up time is from at least 6 months to three years.Results The satisfying correction was achieved in all 15 patient cases(19 eyelids) during the following time for at least 6 months to three years.The hypophasis existed for the earlier time after operation which recovered after 1-3 months postoperatively.No complication happened.Conclusion The described technique appears to be effective for both moderate and severe ptosis,with better biomechanics and a satisfying aesthetic outcome.
