中心静脉穿刺置管术在创伤性休克中的应用

目的 分析、探讨中心静脉穿刺置管术在抢救创伤性休克中的应用和效果。方法 2000年8月～2004年3月，在52例急诊创伤性休克治疗中，应用中心静脉穿刺置管术快速、有效地建立输液通道。尽快地补充血容量并输入抢救药物，抢救生命。结果 42例中有5例因合并重型颅脑外伤，或合并胸腹脏器损伤或伤情过重，失去最佳抢救时间而抢救无效死亡，其余病例均现场休克抢救成功，转入下一阶段治疗。结论 中心大静脉穿刺置管术是抢救创伤性休克成功的重要环节之一。

Application of central venous catheterization for trauma shock

[Objective] To study and explore the applications and the effects of central venous catheterization for trauma shock. [Methods] Totally 52 patients suffered from trauma shock were selected from Aug, 2000 to Mar,2004. Use the central venous catheterization, can lastly and effectly found the transfasion passage, supply blood volume and transfuse emergency drugs, [Results] There were 5 patients died from incorporating serious cerebral or thoralo-abdominal injury or the injury were too heavy and late to save. The others survived from shock and were transfered to next stage of treatment. [Conclusion] The central venous catheteri cation is one of important segments in treating traumatic shock.
