福尔利复合罗库溴铵在高龄患者全麻诱导中的应用

[目的]探讨福尔利复合罗库溴铵用于高龄患者全麻诱导的安全性。[方法]选择90例高龄全麻手术患者随机分为3组。诱导用药:A组静注异丙酚、芬太尼、罗库溴铵,B组静注福尔利、芬太尼、罗库溴铵,C组先预注小剂量罗库溴胺后依次注入福尔利、芬太尼、罗库溴铵。记录麻醉诱导前、气管插管前、插管即刻和插管后3min时患者血压、心率和末梢血氧饱和度值,观察和记录发生肌阵挛等不良反应。[结果]A组气管插管前收缩压明显低于诱导前,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),而B、C组无改变;插管即刻各组心率均较诱导前明显增快(P﹤0.05);B、C组分别有8例和1例出现肌阵挛,两组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.026)。[结论]福尔利联合罗库溴铵作为全麻诱导药对血流动力学影响小,适合高龄患者手术全麻的诱导。
