| 摘 要： | [目的]研究医院和社区MRSA的流行病学特征,对抗生素的耐药性及耐药基因的携带情况。[方法]从临床分离的MRSA分成医院和社区两组,计算各自对9种非β-内酰胺类抗生素的耐药率;利用PCR法检测各组抗生素耐药基因的携带率情况,并进行组间比较。[结果]两组在年龄和性别分布上无差别,在是否有基础疾病和标本的分离部位上有差别。对四环素、庆大霉素、利福平和环丙沙星4种抗生素的耐药率有差异;两组只有在aph3-ⅡI一种耐药基因的携带率方面有区别。[结论]两组MRSA在流行病学、抗生素耐药性和耐药基因携带方面的差异都在变小。 |
