| 摘 要： | [目的]研究TLR激动剂LPS和PGN影响中性粒细胞凋亡及凋亡相关的Bax蛋白的表达。[方法]分离培养正常受试者的外周血中性粒细胞,分别加入LPS和PGN两种TLR激动剂,并设生理盐水对照,用流式细胞术检测中性粒细胞的凋亡抑制率,通过Westernbloting技术检测中性粒细胞Bax蛋白的表达。[结果]LPS和PGN降低中性粒细胞自发性凋亡的发生率,与自发性凋亡组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);接受LPS和PGN刺激的中性粒细胞表达Bax蛋白均低于自发性凋亡组(P﹤0.05)。[结论]在TLR激动剂诱发的中性粒细胞生存效应中,LPS和PGN可能通过降低中性粒细胞内Bax蛋白的表达来延长中性粒细胞的生命期限。 |
