PBL与LBL在传染病临床教学中的应用比较

摘    要:[目的]比较以问题为基础的教学模式(Problem-based learning,PBL)与传统说教式教学(Lecture Based Learning,LBL)在传染病临床教学中的应用。[方法]将我院127名临床医学学生随机分为PBL教学组和传统教学组,教学结束后通过理论考试及实践操作等方面进行调查,对两种教学效果进行比较。[结果]PBL组64名学生临床知识得分及问卷调查满意度均显著高于传统组63名学生,有统计学差异(P﹤0.01)。[结论]PBL教学法与传统教学法比较,可以显著调动学生自主学习及思考问题的能力,提高了学生实践与理论相结合的能力,使学生能够更好得掌握所学知识,从而提高了教学质量。
