| 摘 要： | [目的]探究多媒体技术在糖尿病教学中的应用前景。[方法]应用面向对象图形处理原理,自行设计制作糖尿病教育管理软件。选取80例我校临床医学系学生,按照教学方法不同分为两组,各40人。实验组男17例,女23例,年龄20～22岁,实验组于教学中均使用自我开发设计的多媒体软件进行教育讲授糖尿病知识;对照组为我校2007级临床医学同专业40名学生,其中男19例,女21例,年龄20～22岁,对照组学生在其第三学年内分泌学的糖尿病学习期间,没有使用多媒体教学,仅采用传统授课方式。[结果]实验组接受多媒体教育后,学生掌握疾病相关知识平均得分(96.3±4.2)分,自我管理能力平均(87.6±3.2)分,糖尿病练习题测试成绩平均为(92.3±4.5)分,期末考试内科学成绩平均为(85.2±4.2)分,均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]运用多媒体教育管理软件可以提高学生对糖尿病知识的认知和掌握效果。
