| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨小创伤动力髋螺钉内固定咋治疗老年股骨粗隆骨折中的临床意义。[方法]对我院经治的46例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者行小创伤髋螺钉内固定治疗,观察患者的治疗情况及并发症的发生情况。[结果]有22例(47.8%)为优,20例(43.5%)为良,4例为可,无1例为差,总体优良率为91.3%(42/46)。骨折骨性愈合时间4～6个月,平均(4.7±0.8)个月。无1例出现内固定失效。所有患者于术后1.5～2年取出内固定,均未再出现股骨粗隆间骨折。[结论]在治理老年股骨粗隆骨折方面,小创伤动力髋螺钉内固定术是一种比较理想的选择,选择合适的手术适应症、正确的手术操作,术后配合正确的康复锻炼,可以获得理想的手术效果,值得在临床推广。 |
