| 摘 要： | [目的]了解北京市顺义区2005～2009年高考学生乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)感染情况。[方法]对2005～2009年38461名高考学生采用ELISA法检测HBsAg。[结果]2005～2009年北京市顺义区高考学生HBsAg阳性率为1.76,低于全国一般人群水平,且HBsAg阳性率除2006年高于2005年外,呈逐年下降趋势;男生HBsAg阳性率高于女生,差异均有统计学意义。[结论]顺义区高考学生HBsAg阳性率较低且呈逐年下降趋势。该区乙肝疫苗预防接种效果较好。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To find out the infection of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)from the 2005 to 2009 for college-entrance examinees in Shunyi District in Beijing.[Methods]ELISA was adopted to test HBsAg in the 38461 from 2005 to 2009 for college-entrance examinees.[Results]The positive rate of HBsAg was 1.76,which was lower than the national level of the general population.Inter alia,a declining trend was found except that the positive rate in 2006 was higher than in 2005.The rate in boys was higher than in girl... |
