| 摘 要： | [目的]了解汶川地震20个月后,四川省极重灾区的乡镇卫生院公共卫生服务能力恢复情况,进一步探讨乡镇卫生院公共卫生服务的灾后重建。[方法]对四川省18个乡镇卫生院进行问卷调查和领导访谈。[结果]灾区乡镇卫生院在地震中损毁严重,经过对口援建,公共卫生人员数量、防保经费没有变化,物力资源有明显的提高。公共卫生服务数量和人员的质量有明显的提升。[结论]应加大灾区乡镇卫生院公共卫生人力资源和防保经费的补偿,并提高灾民对公共卫生服务的利用。
