| 摘 要： | 目的]分析黄芪注射液联合丹参注射液治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法]将94例冠心病心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组47例,两组均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上予黄芪注射液联合丹参注射液兑入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml静滴。比较两组的治疗效果和治疗前后的心功能分级。结果]对照组的治疗有效率为76.59%(36/47),观察组的治疗有效率为91.49%(43/47)。观察组高于对照组,且卡方检验表明,两组患者在治愈率差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后患者的心功能出现较大改善。治疗前后的心功能间的差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论]黄芪注射液联合丹参注射液治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者,具有良好的临床治疗效果,有利于提高患者生活质量,值得在临床实践中推广应用。
