30例龋齿患儿窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆的预防效果分析

目的探讨龋齿患儿行窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆对龋齿的预防效果。方法选择30例患儿分为窝沟封闭术组(A组)、含氟保护漆组(B组)和窝沟封闭术联合含氟保护漆组(C组)各10例,观察记录3组患儿6、12、24个月后龋齿发生率和封闭剂脱落情况。结果 3组患儿6个月后均无龋齿出现;12个月后,A组出现2例龋齿,B组3例,C组无龋齿,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);24个月后A组与B组均有6例患儿出现龋齿,C组有1例,C组龋齿率低于与A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。6、12个月后,3组患儿封闭剂脱落率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05);24个月后,A、B、C组总脱落率分别为为60.0%、60.0%、10.0%,A组与B组总脱落率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05),C组脱落率分别与A、B组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论窝沟封闭术联合含氟保护漆对龋齿预防能达到最佳效果,安全性较高,操作简单方便。

Analysis on preventive effect of pit and fissure sealant technique combined with fluoride protective paint in 30 child pa-tients with caries

Objective To study and analyze the preventive effect of pit and fissure sealant technique combined with fluoride protective paint in child patients with caries.Methods 30 child patients with caries in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into the pit and fissure sealant technique(group A),fluoride protective paint group(group B)and pit and fissure sealant technique combined with fluoride protective paint group(group C), 10 cases in each group.The caries occurrence rates and sealant shedding situation after 6,12,24 months were ob-served and recorded in the three groups.Results No case of caries after 6-months therapy occurred in the group A, B and C;after 12-month treatment,there were 2 cases of caries in the group A,3 cases of caries in the group B and no case of caries in the group C,without statistical difference(P >0.05);after 24-month treatment,there were 6 cases of caries in group A,6 cases of caries in the group B and only 1 case of caries in the group C,the caries occurrence rate in the group C was lower than the group A and B,the difference was statistical significant(P <0.05 ).The sealant shedding rate after 6,12 months had no statistical difference among 3 groups (P >0.05);the total sealant shedding rates after 24 months in the group A,B and C were 60.0%,60.0% and 10.0% respectively,the shedding rate had no statistical difference between the group A and B(P >0.05),but had statistical difference between the group C with the group A and B(P <0.05).Conclusion The pit and fissure sealant technique combined with fluoride protective paint for preventing children caries can achieve the best effect with high security,simple operation.
