| 摘 要： | 自１９８１年３月～１９９０年７月共治疗此征１７例，其中保守治疗１３例，手术治疗４例。经远期随访结果表明，当短期保守疗法无效时，即应积极采取手术治疗，以获良好的功能恢复。对病因、病理机制作了回顾分析，强调了某些与本征相雷同的颈肩部疾病的鉴别要点。

| Abstract: | patients withsuprascaplar nerve entrapment were treated from March 1981 to June 1990,in which 13 patients were treated with conservation and 4 patients with operation.After long-period of follow-up,the author suggests that for receiving better functive revovery,operation wouldbe required if short-period of conservative treatment is of no effect.Meanwhile,cause and pathologicalmechanism of the disease were described and major identification between this disease and other similarneck or shoulder disease was emphasized. |
