| 摘 要： | 目的评价尤瑞克林(人尿激肽原酶)治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法将入选急性脑梗死患者60例随机分为人尿激肽原酶治疗组和对照组,人尿激肽原酶组患者在指南治疗基础上加用人尿激肽原酶注射液0.15PNAU,每天一次,静点14天。治疗前后分别进行神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)评分。结果人尿激肽原酶治疗14天NIRSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除1例因合并使用ACEI类降压药而血压下降,停用对症处理后改善,两组观察期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论人尿激肽原酶治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。
