婴幼儿癫痫发作时的护理分析

目的：探讨婴幼儿癫痫发作的急救及护理。方法回顾性分析我院60例癫痫患儿发作时的护理情况。结果经积极护理、治疗后很快缓解的，并且未因发作受到意外损伤（如唇舌咬伤、用力按压四肢导致脱臼等）54例；发作时受到意外损伤6例。结论采取积极的护理措施可终止大部分癫痫患儿发作，并避免其受到意外损伤。

Nursing analysis of infants with epilepsy

Objectiveto evalu1ate the first aid and nursing care of infantile seizures.MethodsClinical review method the summary of 60 cases of seizures in children with care.Resultsin the Court attack a total of 60 cases of children with epilepsy,Quickly relieve to attack by Active care,treatment,and is not due to accident damage to attack(such as tongue bite,press lead to dislocated limbs)of 54 patients;attack as a result of accidental injury in 6 cases.Conclusionthe positive care terminated most of the attacks,and to avoid accidental injury.
