肺腺癌及肺鳞癌MRP-mRNA的表达及临床意义

摘    要:
目的:观察30例肺癌组织及癌旁肺组织MRP的表达。方法:RT-PCR方法。结果:43.33%的肺癌组织表达MRP,且MRP的表达与细胞分化程度有关,低分化者MRP的表达明显高于中高分化者(P〈0.05)。腺癌的表达(62.5%)高于鳞癌(21.43%,P=0.058),MRP的表达与临床分期无关(P=0.511)。结论:43.33%的肺癌组织表达MRP,MRP的表达可能与肺癌的耐药有关。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expression of multidrug resistance associated protein (MRP) in 30 cases with adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma of the lung. Methods:RT PCR method. Results:Expressed in MRP mRNA was thirteen (43 33%) of the 30 cases examined by tumor biopsies, and its expression was associated with the degree of differentiation and histopathology of the tumor ( P <0 05). but not related to the clinical staging ( P <0 05). Conclusion:Our results suggest that MRP may be implicated drug resistance in adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcnoma of the lung.
