| 摘 要： | 目的：观察３０例肺癌组织及癌旁肺组织ＭＲＰ的表达。方法：ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ方法。结果：４３．３３％的肺癌组织表达ＭＲＰ，且ＭＲＰ的表达与细胞分化程度有关，低分化者ＭＲＰ的表达明显高于中高分化者（Ｐ〈０．０５）。腺癌的表达（６２．５％）高于鳞癌（２１．４３％，Ｐ＝０．０５８），ＭＲＰ的表达与临床分期无关（Ｐ＝０．５１１）。结论：４３．３３％的肺癌组织表达ＭＲＰ，ＭＲＰ的表达可能与肺癌的耐药有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of multidrug resistance associated protein (MRP) in 30 cases with adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma of the lung. Methods:RT PCR method. Results:Expressed in MRP mRNA was thirteen (43 33%) of the 30 cases examined by tumor biopsies, and its expression was associated with the degree of differentiation and histopathology of the tumor ( P <0 05). but not related to the clinical staging ( P <0 05). Conclusion:Our results suggest that MRP may be implicated drug resistance in adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcnoma of the lung. |
