大学生性病艾滋病相关知识、态度及行为调查

目的了解在校大学生性病／艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为现状，为有效开展大学生性病／艾滋病的健康教育提供科学依据。方法采取整群随机抽样方法，对南充市某高校1～4年级1451名大学生进行问卷调查。结果被调查的大学生中，5．2%的学生曾经发生过性行为，其中9．21％存在多性伴关系；最近一次发生性行为时安全套使用率为51．3％。艾滋病传播途径的知晓率较高，均超过90．0％，对一般日常生活接触是否传播AIDS的知晓率偏低，如蚊虫叮咬不会传播的知晓率只有37．8％；99．0％的大学生认为自己感染艾滋病的机会很小，42．4％的学生对艾滋病患者或感染者存在恐惧心理。结论大学生对艾滋病知识掌握不全面。

STD/AIDS-Related Knowledge, Attitude and Behavior Among College Students

Objective To understand the status of knowledge, attitude and practice about AIDS among the college students and to provide the basis for AIDS prevention. Method A cluster random sample of 1 451 undergraduates from grade one to four in a college in Nanchong were surveyed by irregistered questionnaire. Results Among the students, 5. 2% had sexual behaviors, 9.21% had several sex partners and only 51.3% of them used condom in their lately intercourse behavior. The awareness rate of AIDS transmission route were over 90%. Few of them knew that routine touch could not cause AIDS. For example, 37. 8% gave the correct answer that mosquito bite ould not spread HIV. 99% believed that there was a very small opportunity for themselves to be infected AIDS. 42. 4% had the attitude of fear mentality of AIDS patients and infectors. Conclusion The level of AIDS knowledge is low in college students. It is important to strengthen AIDS-related nontransmission and sexual health education among college students so as to improve the awareness of AIDS and reduce risk behavior in order to curb AIDS epidemic among the youth.
