甲磺酸罗哌卡因在外科门诊手术肿胀麻醉的镇痛效果及安全性

目的探讨甲磺酸罗哌卡因在外科门诊手术中肿胀麻醉的镇痛效果及安全性。方法0．894％甲磺酸罗哌卡因25ml＋0．1％肾卜腺素0．5ml配制成总量400ml肿胀液，应用于387例外科门诊手术患者，观察镇痛效果及安全性。结果术中患者疼痛视觉模拟评分为0～2．9分，平均0．8分，术中患者疼痛感觉轻；术后患者疼痛视觉模拟评分为0～2．8分，平均0．6分。所有患者术中、术后镇痛效果良好，无手术死亡病例，手术后均可自由活动。结论甲磺酸罗哌卡因肿胀麻醉下行外科门诊手术具有快捷、安全、疼痛耐受良好等优点。这一技术可扩大门诊手术范围，显著降低手术并发症，减少治疗费用。

The effect and safety of ropivacaine mesylate tumescent anesthesia In outpatient operation

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of ropivacaine mesylate tumescent anesthesia in outpatient operation. Methods Totally 520 outpatient operations were performed under tumescent(0.894% Ropiv-acaine mesylate 25 ml +0. 1% Epinephrine 0.5 ml +0.9% NS 375 ml). Peri-operative pain was recorded and the safety was reviewed retrospectively. Results A mean analogic score of 0. 8 (range 0～2.9) during operation was obtained. All patients tolerated well under ropivacaine mesylate tumescent anesthesia. A mean analogic score on the 1st day after surgery was 0.6(range 0～2.8) and post operative analgesia was good. There was no complication and no operative mortality. All patients could move freely soon after the surgery. Conclusions Outpatient operation un-der ropivacaine mesylate tumescent anesthesia is well tolerated and associated with a low risk of complications and low cost which can be recommended for outpatients.
