医院收治地震伤员的护理组织管理与体会

针对后方医院收治震区伤员时间紧、任务重、伤情复杂的特点，迅速调配护理人员、精心布置病房；对伤员进行生理、心理等全面的细心护理；合理安排爱心志愿者服务，对部分护士进行短期的急救技术和外科护理技能培训，提高护理人员的应急反应能力，增强基本技能。通过这些举措，确保救治伤员护理任务的的顺利完成。

Experience on Management of Earthquake Victims' Nursing

In the process of nursing the earthquake wounded, problems concerning urgent medical treatment, plenty of patients in short duration and complicated wound in patients were confirmed. To settle these problems, nursing staff and volunteers were reasonably arranged, the wards were carefully prepared and the patients were psychologically guided at the base of physical care. Shorttime training was carried out to enhance nurses＇ basic technique and increase the ability of handling the emergency. Through these methods, nursing targets of caring for the earthquake wounded were successfully and smoothly achieved.
