| 摘 要： | 清扫有癌转移的淋巴结是胃癌根治性切除的基本要求。理想的解决方案是找到一种在术前或术中准确判断区域淋巴结转移情况的方法,对不同的病例实施个体化的淋巴结清扫术。术中检测前哨淋巴结对指导胃癌淋巴结的清扫范围有肯定的价值。

| Abstract: | To excise the lymph nodes with metastatic cancer is the fundamental requirement of radical operation for gastric cancer. The best solution is to find out a way which can determine the range of lymph node metastasis before operation finished. By this way, appropriate ranges of lymph node excision can be determined according to different individuals. Detecting SLN in opertation is valuable to guide the range of lymph node excision. |
