胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病患者的疗效及对血糖控制的影响

目的研究胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病患者的疗效及对血糖控制的影响。方法从该院2018年11月—2019年10月期间收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者中随机抽取91例,按照治疗方案的差异进行分组,对照组44例实施常规的饮食运动疗法,观察组47例则加用胰岛素治疗。将两组的血糖水平、胰岛功能指标、母婴结局进行比对。结果治疗后,观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的空腹胰岛素、HOMA-β高于对照组,HOMA-IR低于对照组,母婴结局优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施胰岛素治疗能够提高血糖控制效果,促使患者的胰岛功能改善,可有效优化母婴结局。

Efficacy of Insulin in the Treatment of Gestational Diabetes and Its Effect on Blood Glucose Control

Objective To study the efficacy of insulin in the treatment of gestational diabetes and its effect on blood glucose control.Methods 91 cases of gestational diabetes patients admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were randomly selected and divided into groups according to the difference in treatment plan.The control group received 44 cases of routine dietary exercise therapy and the observation group had 47 cases added insulin therapy.The blood glucose levels,islet function indexes,and maternal and infant outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the fasting insulin and HOMA-βof the observation group was higher than the control group,HOMA-IR lower than the control group,maternal and infant outcomes were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin therapy for patients with gestational diabetes can improve the effect of blood glucose control,promote the improvement of the patient's islet function,and effectively optimize the maternal and infant outcome.
