Fistula-Thread-drawing Combined with Gestrinone in the Treatment of Anal Fistula Complicated with Endometriosis:Effect Observation

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of fistul-thread-drawing combined with gestrinone in the treatment of anal fistula complicated with endometriosis(EMS),randomly divided 30 patients with fistula anal complicated with EMS into observation group(15 cases,adopted fistula-thread-drawing combined with gestrinone)and control group(15 cases,fistula-thread-drawing combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate);then,compared both groups’ effect,the hormone levels’ change before and after treatment,as well as unward reaction incidence.As results,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P <0.05);after treatment,in observation group the levels of folliclestimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol,and progestin,and the levels of luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone were respectively lower and higher than in control group(all,P <0.05);more than,the unward reaction incidence of observation group was lower than that of control group(P <0.05).Results show that the therapy used in observation group in the treatment of EMS complicated with anal fistula has significant effect.It has popularization value.
