Analysis of Clinical Curative Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods 88 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study.According to the random number method,they are divided into experimental group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional drug intervention,and the experimental group was given acupuncture treatment on this basis,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results 1.Before treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the two groups of patients the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the fasting blood glucose of the experimental group was(6.1±0.7)mmol/L,the fasting blood glucose of the control group was(7.8±0.4)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.981,P<0.001),the blood glucose of the experimental group 2 h after a meal was(7.2±1.5)mmol/L,the control group was(8.1±1.2)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.107,P=0.002),the glycated hemoglobin in the experimental group was(10.3±1.3)%after treatment,and the control group was(15.4±2.7)%,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.289,P<0.05).The experimental group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);2.After treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was 90.91%,and the effective rate of the control group was 72.73%.The experimental group had a significant advantage,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.888,P=0.027<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion can be used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes,which can help patients effectively control blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels and promote their recovery process.It is worthy of application and promotion.
