The Effectiveness of Maintenance Hemodialysis in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy and Its Influence on the Quality of Life

Objective To explore the effect of maintenance hemodialysis on diabetic nephropathy and its impact on the quality of life of patients.Methods A study was conducted on 90 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the hospital from September 2016 to September 2019,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group of 45 cases by random graph method.The former performed peritoneal dialysis and the latter performed maintenance hemodialysis.The total effective rate of disease treatment,quality of life,complications and oxidative stress state were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of disease treatment and the quality of life in the observation group were significantly improved,and the probability of complications decreased significantly,and there were statistically significantly difference in data comparison(P<0.05);the observation group had superoxide dismutase,glutathione oxidase and malondialdehyde were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The maintenance hemodialysis therapy in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce complications,and improve the patient's oxidative stress state and quality of life.
