Analysis of the Value of Clinical Nursing of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Gestational Hypertension in Reducing Adverse Pregnancy Outcomes

Objective To analyze the value of high-quality nursing care for patients with gestational diabetes and hypertension during pregnancy in reducing adverse pregnancy outcomes.Methods Patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and hypertension during pregnancy who were treated in the high-risk obstetrics department of the hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were included in the study.A total of 126 cases were included.All subjects were divided into a control group(n=63,routine care)and experimental group(n=63,quality care)using a random number table method.The adverse pregnancy outcome,blood glucose index and blood pressure index of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the experimental group was lower and the difference was statistically significant(χ²=10.474,P=0.001).Compared with before nursing,the blood glucose and blood pressure indicators of the two groups of patients after nursing were reduced,and the blood glucose and blood pressure indicators of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group after nursing,and the difference were statistically significant(t=23.115,15.182,6.919,7.924,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing for patients with gestational diabetes and hypertension during pregnancy has an ideal effect,which can reduce the blood glucose,blood pressure and adverse pregnancy outcome of the patients.
