摘    要:目的对白术微型饮片的制备工艺进行优化。方法采用正交试验的方法,选取饮片的成品率、煎膏率、流动时间及白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的煎出率为考察指标,以饮片的切制方式、切制粒径以及干燥的温度为考察因素。结果白术药材以横切结合纵切的方式,切制成粒径为0.3~0.4 mm3的小丁块,并于60℃条件下烘干,其流动性及煎出率均可得到显著提高。结论白术微型饮片制备工艺合理可行,有利于饮片自动调剂及煎煮设备的发展。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the preparation process of micro slices of Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.).Method The orthogonal design was used which selected the score of yield,flow time and decocting rate of AtractylenolideⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲas examining index and cutting mode,partical size and drying temperature for investigation factors.Results The best cutting process of Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.)was as following:crude drug was cutting in the mode of crosscut combined with length cutting,partical size was 0.3-0.4 mm3and drying temperature was 60℃.Conclusion The optimal cutting technology of Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.)was reasonable and feasible.It was also favor to the development of automatic dispensing and decocting equipment.
