| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨乳突根治术后不干耳的原因和此类病例再手术时应注意的问题。方法 总结分析我科 1993年 1月— 2 0 0 3年 9月施行乳突根治术后再手术的 3 2例患者的术中和术后随访情况。结果 3 2例随访 6月～ 3年 ,其中完全干耳 2 8例 ,占 87.5 %,不干耳 4例 ,占 12 .5 %。结论 乳突手术后不干耳的原因较为复杂 ,再手术仍是获得干耳的主要措施

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the causes of wet ear after mastoidectomy, and the issues that should be paid attention to when re operation given. Methods Data about 32 cases who accepted re mastoidectomy between Jan.1993 and Sep.2003,were analyzed, including those about follow up. Results After re operation, there respectively were 28 cases of completely dry ear (87.5%) and 4 cases of wet ear (12.5%) during the 6 to 36 months' follow up. Conclusion It is deemed that re operation be main means to getting dry ear,for the causes of wet ear are complex. |
