| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To develop HPLC-MS/MS method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in San-Huang tablets.METHODS The column was Agilent C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);the mobile phase was acetonitrile-a buffer solution consisting of 0.1% acetic acid and 10 mmol·L-1 ammonium acetate(80∶20);the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1;MS detector:MRM mode((336.1-320.1);the column temperature was 25℃.RESULTS The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 800～1ng·mL-1(r=1.000),the average recovery was 100.1% and relative standard deviation was 1.3%.CONCLUSION the method is simple,rapid,accurate,and can be applied to the determination of berberine hydrochloride in San-Huang tablets. |
