| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨整体护理在腹腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝围手术期的应用效果.方法:选取2009年 6月至2010年 5月在我院诊治的小儿腹股沟疝患者共98例.随机将患者分为实验组和对照组各49例,实验组采用整体护理措施,对照组采用常规护理.结果:患儿护理满意度和对健康知识的掌握情况均较对照组提高,且两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0....

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the application of holistic nursing on patients of pedo-inguinal hernia operation.Method： 98 children who diagnosed inguinal hernia in children in our hospital from June in 2009 to May in 2010 were divided into two groups randomly.Group control was applied traditional nursing,and group experimental were applied holistic nursing.Result： The nursing content degree and the master degree as to the health in group experimental were higer than htose in the control group,and there was significant difference between two groups（P 〈0.05）.The experimental group significantly reduced postoperative complications,and there was significant difference between two groups（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： The holistic nursing on patients inguinal hernia in children operation can make the patients to be optimal state mentally,and improve the quality of life,and the gratification for nursing work,and improve the image of nursing. |
