两种无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨两种无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法：将在我院住院治疗的腹股沟疝患者60例分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予平片式无张力修补术,观察组给予充填式无张力修补术,随访治疗效果。结果：观察组手术时间明显长于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组患者在住院时间及恢复正常活动时间与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组患者在切口异物感、尿潴留、切口血肿、阴囊血肿及复发率方面与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：两种无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝效果均确切,临床可以合理选择应用。

Observation on the Effect of Two Tension-free Herniorrhaphy in Treating Cases with Inguinal Hernia

Objective： To investigate the effect of two tension-free herniorrhaphy in treating case with inguinal hernia.Method： The 60 cases with inguinal hernia were divided into the observing group and the control group,the observing group received the treatment of filling tension-free herniorrhaphy and the control group received the treatment of plain film herniorrhaphy.Result： The time of operation in the observing group was more than that in control group,and there was significant difference between them respectively（P〈0.05）.The length of stay and time of recovery to movement in the observing group was the same to that in control group（P〉0.05）.The rate of cut foreign bodies sensation,uroschesis,cut hematoma,scrotum hematoma and relapse rate in the observing group was the same to that in control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： The effect of two tension-free herniorrhaphy in treating case with inguinal hernia is obvious,so they are worth being used reasonably.
