| 摘 要： | 目的 对盐酸艾司洛尔注射液进行质量标准研究.方法 采用化学法、UV法和高效液相色谱法鉴别制剂中的盐酸艾司洛尔,高效液相色谱法测定盐酸艾司洛尔的含量.结果 化学鉴别色差明显、UV鉴别清晰可见、HPLC鉴别分离度好,对应的空白及辅料均未见干扰;HPLC法测定结果 显示色谱峰形好,分检离度好,杂质无干扰,盐酸艾司洛尔浓度在8...

| Abstract: | OBJECTION To establish the quality standard for esmolol hydrochloride injection.METHODS Esmolol hydrochloride Injection was identified by chemical identification methods and Spectrophotometric method and HPLC method,their content were determined by HPLC.RESULTS The three methods were sensitive and specific.A good linear relationship between peak area and concentrations were found at the range of 82.24μg·mL-1～822.40μg·mL-1 for esmolol hydrochloride,respectively.CONCLUSION The method is reliable,accurate and specific,and can be used for the quality of esmolol hydrochloride in injection. |
