| 摘 要： | 目的：讨论中IN治疗上消化道出血的分型及方药，以提高中医急救砉面的成功率。方法：回顾分析我院内科2006年6月至2009年6月收治的上消化道出血病例136例，分析其临床分型和治疗措施。结果：136患者中主要分型为胃火炽盛型、肝火犯胃型、气不摄血型、脾胃虚寒型。其中抢救成功128例（95．38％），死亡8例（4．62％）。结论：上消化道出血病情严重，早期通过中医药的辨证论治及专病专方治疗可以取得很好的临床治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective： To discuss the Chinese medicine in treating upper gastrointestinal bleeding type and herbs to enhance the success rate of first aid medicine. Method： We retrospectively analysed the nosocomial division in June 2006 to 2009 in June admitted cases of 136 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, the clinical classification and treatment measures. flaming type, anger Fan Wei-type, gas is not Result： 136 patients with primary type for the stomach fire taken blood, spleen deficiency type. Successful rescue of which 128 patients （95.38%）, 8 patients died （4.62%）. Conclusion： The upper gastrointestinal bleeding in serious condition, early diagnosis and treatment by Chinese medicine and post-treatment patients can get a good post-party clinical therapeutic effect. |
