| 摘 要： | 目的观察夏枯草中2个三萜类化合物3α,19α,24-三羟基-乌苏-12-烯-28-酸（Ⅰ）,3β,16α,24-三羟基-齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸（Ⅱ）对人肺癌细胞株A549的抑制作用。方法采用MTT法测定2个三萜类化合物各自对人肺癌细胞株A549在24h、48h和72h时的生长抑制情况。结果化合物I和II对A549瘤株有明显的抑制作用（P〈0.05）,并随着药物浓度增加和时间推移抑制作用增强。结论化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ初步确定为夏枯草中抗肿瘤的活性成分。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the inhibition effects of 3α,19α,24-trihydroxy-ursa-12-ene-28-oic(I),3β,16α,24-trihydroxy-olean-12-ene-28-oic(II) from Prunella vulgaris L.on the cell growth of human lung cancer A549 cells.METHODS MTT assay was used to evaluate the inhibiting effects of two triterpenoids on the proliferation of the A549 cells after 24,48,72h.RESULTS Compound I and II significantly inhibited the proliferation of A549 cells(P<0.05),and the inhibitory effect was increased with the increase of concentration and time.CONCLUSION Compound I and II are the antitumor components in Prunella vulgaris L. |
