玻璃输液瓶中锑浸出量的原子荧光光谱法测定

摘    要:
目的建立氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法HG-AFS测定药包材中玻璃输液瓶的锑浸出量方法。方法样品液直接用原子荧光光谱法测定,并对HG-AFS工作参数及条件进行优化和选择。结果标准曲线线性良好,相关系数r=0.9996,检出限0.087μg.L-1,回收率97.53%,RSD为4.92%。结论方法简便、快速准确、灵敏度高。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of antimony release from Glass Infusion bottles of drug packaging materials by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometer(HG-AFS).METHODS Sample solutions were directly determined by HG-AFS.Operation parameters of HG-AFS and condition were optimized and selected.RESULTS A good linearity was obtained(r=0.9996).The detection limit was 0.087μg·L-1.The recovery was 97.53%.RSD was 4.92%.CONCLUSION The method was simple and fast with high sensitivity.
