| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨对老年住院患者防跌倒的护理要点,提高护理质量.方法:对24例老年住院患者的跌倒原因进行分析,同时制定出有效的护理干预措施应用于临床实践.结果:经过临床实践采取积极有效的护理干预措施能降低老年住院患者的跌倒率.结论:通过积极有效的护理干预,降低了老年住院患者跌倒率,保障了老年人住院期间的安全,改善了老年住院患者... |

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the nursing key points of how to prevent the hospitalized elderly patients from falling down and to improve the quality of nursing. Method ： 24 cases hospitalized elderly patients were analyzed the reason of failing down. Meanwhile, Some effective nursing intervention were applied to clinical practice. Result： The measures could reduce the falling down rate of them. Conclusion： The measures of effective nursing intervention can not only reduce the falling rate of them, ensure their safety when they are in hospital, but also improve their quality of life and the quality of nursing. |
