| 摘 要： | 霍奇金淋巴瘤病理学方面的进展包括分类和R -S细胞的来源 ,其病因还不清楚 ,主要是与EBV感染有关 ,也有EBV阴性且其他一系列病毒也阴性的报道。尽管HL的发生率低于NHL ,但误诊率在国内、外报道均很高 ,故就其病因、发病机理及诊断等问题作以论述 |

| Abstract: | The advances in classification and origin of R-S cell are the major progress of pathology of HL. Though the etiology of HL remains obscure, we can draw a conclusion that EBV may play an important role in the pathogenesis. The incidence of HL is relatively low, however, the rate of misdiagnosis of HL is higher than that of NHL. In this review, we elucidate the etiology, pathogenesis and diagnosis of HL. |
