跟骨定量超声在预测原发骨质疏松性脊柱骨折中的应用价值

目的:探讨活体跟骨定量超声(QUS)测量在预测原发骨质疏松性脊柱骨折中的应用价值。方法:研究组:16例绝经后妇女伴有骨质疏松性脊柱骨折者;对照组:15例年龄匹配的、无椎体骨折的绝经后妇女。超声测量在跟骨进行,获取超声振幅衰减(BUA)和超声传播速度(SOS)两个参数,并据机内软件自动得出第三个参数刚度Stiff-ness。结果:QUS测量的三个参数组间差异均有显著性(P<0.05);比较灵敏度与特异度,超声参数以Stiffness最好,其次为BUA。结论:QUS测量在活体上有较高的精确度、灵敏度和特异性,对于原发骨质疏松性脊柱骨折有重要预测价值。

Applicational Value of Calcaneus Qus Measurement in Assessing the Osteoporotic Vertebral Deformities

Objective To evaluate the of QUS measurement in assessing the osteoporotic vertebral deformities. Methods The ultrasound parameters broadband ultrasound attenuation (BUA) and speed of sound(SOS) were measured in the calcaneus of 16 postmenopausal study patients with osteoporotic vertebral deformities,15 age-matched postmenopausal control subjects,USE the software to get the thirdparameter(Stiffness). Results Significant differences between QUS measurements of the calcaneus were obtained in two groups(P<0.05).Considerinng the sensitivity and the specificity, Stiffness is the best one in thre parameters.The second one is BUA. Conclution Due to good precision,sensitivity and specificity.the QUS measurements in calcaneus in vivo have important value in assessing the osteoporotic vertebral deformities.
