| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨结核病流行规律,制定科学防控依据。方法:采用流行病学方法进行分析。结果:1996-2009年共报告肺结核2693例,年均患病率为103.66/10万,2003年后明显增高,定基比上升312.53%;卫Ⅹ比卫Ⅴ项目期间患病率上升2.97倍;低山河谷地区发病数占70.1%;男女发病率之比为1.98:1;青状年(20~60岁)发病占64.57%,其中男性占72.17%;40岁以上发病明显增高,70岁患病率高达564.22/10万;农民发病占70.01%;女性内分泌系统对结核病发病具有一定的关系。结论:农村男性青状年是结核病防治工作的重点。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To Investigate epidemiological regular pattern of pulmonary tuberculosis and formulate a scientific basis for prevention and control.Methods:Using epidemiological methods for analysis.Results: A total of 2693 cases of tuberculosis reported in 1996-2009,the prevalence of tuberculosis was 103.66/100 000.The prevalence increased significantly after 2003,the relative ratio with fixed base Increased by 312.53%.The Health X project prevalence has increased by 2.97 times than the Health V project.Inciden... |
