| 摘 要： | 目的:评价2型糖尿病社区综合干预的效果。方法:在新街口社区卫生服务中心辖区内抽取2型糖尿病100例,随机分为两组,并对干预组实施包括健康知识讲座、同伴教育及知己健康管理等综合社区干预措施6个月。结果:干预组对糖尿病知识较干预前有了显著提升,各项生化指标均发生正向变化,且与基线的检查值存在统计学差异。干预组与对照组比较,血糖、血脂、体重等指标均发生较大变化,且差异存在统计学意义。结论:基于健康教育及行为指导的社区综合干预措施能够帮助患者提升自身对疾病的认知,改善自身行为习惯并有效地保持,是值得推广的糖尿病管理模式。 |
