| 摘 要： | 目的评价中西医结合治疗法治疗子宫腺肌病的效果。方法50例子宫腺肌病患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用西医治疗，观察组在此基础上，联用中药。结束后对两组患者的临床效果进行比较。结果观察组临床总有效率为92.00%高于对照组的临床总有效率52.00%，具有显著差异(P<0.01)；观察组在治疗过程中均未见明显的不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗子宫腺肌病疗效佳，而且也安全，建议临床进一步推广。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of the combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of the patients with adenomyosis.METHODS Fifty cases with adenomyosis in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group each with 25 cases,and the control group was treated with conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with conventional treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical results of two groups were compared.RESULTS Observation of clinical total effective rate was 92.00% higher than the clinical total effective rate 52.00%,with significant difference(P<0.01).Observer group in the course of treatment had no obvious adverse reactions.CONCLUSION Traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective in treatment of the patients with adenomyosis,which should be suggested in clinical experiences. |
