临床路径教学与传统教学在骨科实习带教中的对比研究

摘    要:
目的探讨临床路径教学在骨科实习带教中的应用效果,提高骨科临床教学效果。方法按照随机法将70名临床实习学员分为两组:一组实施临床路径教学;另一组采用传统的骨科带教,后对两组病例考试成绩、理论考试成绩及操作考试成绩进行对比研究,对教学效果进行评价。结果临床路径教学组各项成绩均优于传统教学组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径教学可以提高骨科实习带教的教学效果,是一种切实可行的高效教学方法。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of the clinical pathway teaching in orthopaedic practice teaching.Methods Seventy students were randomly divided into two groups.One group was taught using the clinical pathway teaching and the other group was taught using the conventional teaching.The teaching effectiveness was evaulated.Results The effect of clinical pathway teaching is significantly better than that of the conventional teaching.Conclusion The clinical pathway teaching can improve the effect in orthopaedic practice teaching and it is one useful and high effective teaching.
