社区脑卒中合并高血压患者80例在护理干预下的效果分析

目的分析探讨护理干预在社区脑卒中合并高血压患者中的影响及效果。方法从杭州市淳安县汾口镇选取160例脑卒中合并高血压的患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各80例患者。其中对照组患者仅实施常规家庭护理,观察组患者WS在此基础上进行社区护理干预。比较两组患者血压、疾病复发状况、疾病知识掌握及是否遵医嘱等方面的差异。结果观察组患者在血压控制、疾病复发状况、疾病知识掌握及遵医嘱行为等方面,均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展社区护理干预对于改善脑卒中合并高血压患者的病情具有良好的效果,具备一定的推广价值。

Effective analysis about nursing intervention for 80 cases with stroke in hypertensive patients

Objective To analyze the merger of the impact and effect of the hypertensive patients of the nursing intervention in the community stroke. Methods 160 stroke patients with hypertension were selected from Hangzhou City Chun’an County Fenkou Town community,with the simple random into observation group and control group,each group of patients with 80 cases. The control group patients only take the implementation of routine home care,observation group patients on the basis of community nursing intervention.Compare the two groups of patients relapse in blood pressure,disease status, disease knowledge and whether the prescribed difference. Results The patients blood pressure control,disease recurrence status,knowledge of disease and prescribed behavior,which were significantly better than the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The development of community care interventions help to improve the condition of stroke in hypertensive patients with the good results,with some promotional value.
