拉梅兹呼吸法结合一对一导乐陪伴分娩在产程中的应用

目的:探讨拉梅兹分娩呼吸法结合导乐陪伴分娩对产程的影响.方法:将在本院孕妇学校上课并在本院产科待产的可行经阴道自然分娩的240例初产妇随机分为观察组与对照组各120例.对照组孕期接受常规的宣教,观察组孕妇除常规宣教外,接受拉梅兹分娩呼吸法训练,并在产程中接受一对一导乐陪伴分娩.结果:与对照组产妇比较,观察组第一产程、第二产程、总产程时间明显缩短(P＜0.01),分娩疼痛明显减轻(P＜0.01),自然分娩率提高(P＜0.01),出血量明显减少(P＜0.0 1).结论:拉梅兹分娩呼吸法结合导乐陪伴分娩可以帮助产妇减轻分娩疼痛,缩短产程,提高自然分娩率,减少产后出血量.

Application of Larmaze breathing method combined with "one to one" Doula delivery in childbirth process

Objective:To investigate the effect of Larmaze breathing method combined with "one to one" Doula delivery in childbirth process.Methods:240 primipara were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(120 cases in each group).All primipara had lessons in the pregnant women school of our hospital and would prepare for childbirth via spontaneous vaginal delivery in the obstetrical department.The primipara in the control group received conventional education during pregnancy and the primipara in the observation group additionally accepted Larmaze breathing method training and "one to one" Doula delivery in childbirth process based on conventional education.Results:Compared with the control group,the first stage,second stage and the total labor time was significantly shorter in the observation group(P<0.01);childbirth pain significantly reduced(P<0.01);the natural birth rate increased(P<0.01);the amount of bleeding was significantly less(P<0.01).Conclusion:Larmaze breathing method combined with Doula delivery can help relieve the pain of childbirth,shorten the birth process,improve the natural birth rate and reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding.
