摘    要:目的调查寒区新兵冬季集训对新兵血压的影响、日间血压节律、脉压差、体质量变化及血压水平的关系。方法分别测量新兵集训前及集训结束时体质量,同日应用迈瑞MEC-2000型心电监护仪对入选新兵分别在集训前及集训结束时测量8:00、12:00、16:00、20:00四个时段的卧位血压,对比血压变化,并计算脉压差及观测日间血压节律。结果集训前与集训后相比四个时段的血压、平均动脉压均有明显下降(P<0.05)。集训前8:00血压最高,集训后血压节律发生了变化,20:00血压最高。集训前后脉压差相比没有明显差异。体质量变化均值:(0.31±3.40)kg。体质量增加组集训后血压明显下降,体质量未增加组集训后血压有下降趋势,但集训前后没有明显差异。结论寒区新兵冬季集训可使新兵血压明显下降,改变了日间血压节律,但对脉压差无影响,集训前后体质量变化与血压水平相关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of winter military training in cold-region in the change of blood pressure(BP),rhythm of BP,pulse pressure and body weight(BW) of recruits and their relationship.Methods Body weight were measured before and after training,BP of decubitus position at 8:00 am,12:00 noon,4:00 pm and 8:00 pm on same day were measured by MEC-2000 electrocardiogram monitor,the change of BP was compared and the pulse pressure,mean arterial blood pressure(MABP) were computed,the rhythm of BP of daytime was observed.Results There was a obviously decrease in BP and MABP of four periods(P<0.05),the highest BP is at 8:00 am before training,the rhythm of BP was changed after training and the highest BP is at 8:00 pm.There was no obvious difference in pulse pressure before and after training(P>0.05).Mean value of body weight change is(0.31±3.40) kg,BP in group of weight gain has an obvious decrease after training and in group of failure to gain weight has a downtrend,but no obvious difference between before and after training.Conclusion Recruit training in cold-region in winter can reduce the BP obviously,rhythm of BP has been changed,but has no influence to pulse pressure and there has a correlation between BP and BW.
