| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经直肠B超在诊断前列腺癌中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经直肠B超检查的前列腺癌患者的声像资料,并进行总结。结果超声图像病灶位于前列腺外周带56例,移行带7例,中央带5例。其中低回声型52例,高回声型8例,等回声型2例,混合回声型6例。结论经直肠B超是筛查和确诊前列腺癌的有价值的方法,值得在广大临床医生中推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of transrectal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.Methods Retrospective analyzed and summared the audiovisual materials of the prostate cancer patients by rectal ultrasound B.Results The ultrasound image lesions in the prostate,there were 56 cases in peripheral zone,seven cases in transitional zone,five cases in central zone.52 cases were hypoechoic,eight cases were hyperechoic,two cases were echo-type,six cases were mixed echoic.Conclusion Transrectal B was a valuable method for screening and diagnosis of prostate cancer,it was worth the majority of clinicians promotion. |
